attitude of gratitude: home

we're flying home to utah tomorrow morning and i could not be more grateful.
i'm grateful to have such a beautiful, warm, welcoming home filled with a lifetime of memories.
i'm grateful to have a family that i cherish and cannot wait to spend the weekend with them (both of them!)
i'm grateful for my parents who taught me the importance of simplicity, love, gratitude and service.
i'm grateful to have a job and a regular income that allows us to fly home for this holiday.
i'm grateful to be an american and the freedom it brings.
i'm grateful for my education and the ability i have to continue learning each day through modern technology.
i'm grateful for music and the ability it has to transform moods.
i'm grateful for the earth and the variety of landscapes for us to enjoy.
i'm grateful for trials and the learning opportunities that comes with them.
i'm grateful for my knowledge of a loving heavenly father and the joy that comes comes through my testimony of the gospel.
i'm grateful for friends that i love and the way each of them has influenced my life for the better.
i'm grateful for temples and the knowledge i gain each time i attend.
i'm grateful for a loving husband and the comfort, peace, protection and happiness he offers.
i'm grateful for life and the ability to enjoy all of the beauty - great or small - within it.
i'm grateful for thanksgiving and the time it gives each of us to sit back and count our many blessings.
life certainly comes with hard times, but i believe the blessings far outweigh them and provide us with strength to overcome them.

happy thanksgiving!!
